Your right to deletion

You can ask us at any time to permanently delete the personal data PostPulse holds about you, including the data received from Facebook when you connected your account and Pages.

What we delete

  • your PostPulse account: name, email address and settings;
  • the data received from Facebook: your Facebook user ID, the list of Pages you connected, their access tokens, and the posts, comments and statistics we stored;
  • the content you created or uploaded in PostPulse: texts, prompts, images, videos and voice-overs;
  • your waitlist sign-up, if you have one.

We only keep what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, for the legal period.

How to request deletion

  1. Email contact@postpluse.com from the address linked to your PostPulse account.
  2. Use the subject “Data deletion request” and tell us your name and the email of your account (or your Facebook name, if you signed up with Facebook).
  3. We confirm receipt and, if needed, ask you for information to check that the request comes from you.

How long it takes

We delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm it by email.

Remove PostPulse from Facebook

You can also stop PostPulse from accessing your Facebook account at any time:

  1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and websites (under Your activity or Security).
  3. Find PostPulse and click Remove.

This revokes our access straight away. To also delete the data we already stored, send us the request described above.
